Procurement Category Supervisor

Lead procurement strategy at NFI Parts™ by coaching Buyers and managing supplier relationships across cost, service, and quality priorities.The Category Supervisor supervises Buyers while executing category strategies defined by the Category Manager. This position leads sourcing activities, supplier performance, cost management, and tactical negotiations. It also supports continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency across NFI Parts.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and distribute workloads among BuyersLead long-term contract bidding and supplier negotiationsExecute category strategies against cost, service, and quality objectivesMonitor KPIs, supplier scorecards, and performance improvementsPresent quarterly category reviews and support annual planningRequirements:
Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain managementThree to five years in procurement or strategic sourcingSome leadership experience with strong communication skillsIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiencyKnowledge of Oracle is an assetBring procurement leadership, supplier negotiation, and category performance expertise to NFI Parts™ and its supply chain.
