To be considered for this role, you will have:

· Graduated high school (required)

· Post-secondary education in an appropriate field (preferred)

· Excellent phone skills

· Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (min. 2 years required)

What does the day look like?

· Greet clients and ensure they feel important and cared for

· Engage with clients and book the appropriate client appointments

· Work with the Hearing Specialist to uncover the needs of the prospective client

· Manage the needs of the office

· Complete all transactions from ordering to receiving payment

· Accurately prepare documents for government agencies, clients and other professionals
