Build strong relationships and handle acute care as you grow your practice. Collaborate with various skilled professionals to ensure comprehensive health support. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate patient care with a focus on excellence
- Manage acute and chronic patient health needs seamlessly
- Develop detailed treatment plans engaging diverse specialties
- Participate in innovative care and educational initiatives
- Licensed Family Physician in Ontario with good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Availability for 4 days/week + 1 weekend monthly
- Dedication to patient-centered care
- Effective collaboration with clinical teams
