As an Insurance Service Representative, you will be a steady, reassuring presence for clients during some of life's most difficult moments. From guiding them through claims to helping them understand their coverage, you will be the person they trust to listen, support, and provide clarity when it matters most.

• Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely service to clients navigating claims, policy changes, and billing inquiries.
• Be a dependable point of contact, offering reassurance and practical solutions.

Who You Are

• Experienced in hospitality, automotive service, or other customer-focused roles.
• A compassionate communicator with a heart for service.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive in solving problems.
• Fluent in English (additional language is an asset).
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life (or willing to obtain).
