Join Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare as Chief of Staff, a senior physician leadership role based in Bracebridge, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on quality care and health system leadership. You will be integral in orchestrating clinical excellence and driving patient safety across Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare's services. As the Chief of Staff, you will work side-by-side with the President & CEO and advise the Board on vital healthcare decisions. Your collaborative leadership will engage physicians, support innovative care models, and align clinical priorities with community health needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality improvement initiatives in clinical services
- Lead physician engagement and accountability programs
- Facilitate partnerships with academic institutions
- Oversee medical staff credentialing and performance evaluation
- Support strategic planning and resource management across sites
- Demonstrated experience in a healthcare leadership role
- Ability to influence and build consensus
- Background in clinical quality and patient safety
- Previous roles as a Department Chief or Medical Director preferred
- Leadership training or formal education in healthcare management valued
