Conseiller Juridique Adjoint en Construction

Mettez votre expertise juridique à profit en tant que conseiller juridique adjoint dans le secteur de la construction. Ce rôle nécessite une compréhension approfondie du droit des affaires et un esprit d'analyse aiguisé. En tant que conseiller juridique adjoint, vous guiderez les équipes de direction dans les questions contractuelles et juridiques. Vous serez responsable de l'examen des documents contractuels et de l'atténuation des risques potentiels. Cette position exige d’excellentes compétences en communication et une connaissance de l'industrie de la construction, notamment des contrats de coentreprise. Key Responsibilities:

Fournir des conseils juridiques concernant les projets aux dirigeants
Examiner et analyser les documents contractuels
Rédiger et négocier les contrats de projet
Collaborer avec des partenaires de coentreprise pour finaliser des accords
Conseiller sur les litiges potentiels et stratégies d'atténuation

Requirements:

Juris Doctor requis
Plus d'un an d'expérience post-barreau
Minimum de 3 ans dans le secteur de la construction
Bilinguisme est un atout
Excellentes compétences en rédaction et communication
