In the role of Technical Director, Mechanical, you'll drive project success by leveraging your extensive experience in engineering and project management. Collaborating with teams across hydroelectricity, materials, and more, you will ensure projects align with industry standards while nurturing the next generation of engineering talent. Your advocacy for health and safety compliance will be pivotal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project development and execution phases
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Atlas best practices for project planning and execution
• Cultivate client relationships and business development efforts
• Mentor technical professionals on project challenges
Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s; P.Eng. preferred
• 15+ years of direct engineering experience
• Experience in complex project delivery
• Strong project controls knowledge
• Proven ability to build client trust
