Village Square is a large, multidisciplinary clinic offering comprehensive rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population, including private clients, MVA, WCB, post-surgical, and general wellness cases. The experienced team includes physiotherapists, kinesiologists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and vestibular specialists, all working collaboratively to provide holistic and client centred care. The clinic is well equipped with a spacious 7200 square foot facility, 40 treatment tables, private rooms, and an on site gym to support exercise based rehabilitation. With a strong focus on personalized treatment plans, clinicians deliver tailored care that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, ergonomic support, and specialized services such as concussion management, balance and dizziness therapy, acupuncture, and soft tissue work. Conveniently located in Village Square Mall with ample free parking and extended hours, the clinic offers a dynamic environment for clinicians who value teamwork, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of conditions and treatment approaches.

Your impact

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.

We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:

• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
• 2+ years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Certified in concussion and vestibular.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
