This opportunity is ideal for those ready to influence impactful changes within our evolving company culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Strategic Thought Partner for GTM leaders
- Diagnose team needs and recommend aligned solutions
- Drive continuous talent management programs
- Collaborate with Regional People Partners and COEs
- Champion Samsara's core cultural principles
- 6+ years of People Partner experience
- Experience with go-to-market teams preferred
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Abrupt adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
