• Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field
• Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)
• Effectively manage unexpected operational issues
• Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients
• Collaborate with various operational departments
• Perform any other related task

• Schedule : Sunday to Thursday. Sunday 8pm to 6.30am. Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6.30am. 
• Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights;
• Knowledge in Truckmate and Isaac;
• Strong organizational skills and multitask;
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively;
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
• Strong logicial skills and making sure the freights are moving constantly;
• Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430);
