LIVE TINTED is looking to hire a dynamic passionate freelance Beauty Advisor in the Alberta and Vancouver BC area.

We specialize in crafting high-performance, solution-oriented skincare and beauty products for EVERYONE. We are in search of an exceptional Freelance Beauty Advisor to support our esteemed retail partner, Sephora across the vibrant Alberta and BC market.

Qualifications
Travel Prerequisites: Possession of a valid driver's license or a dependable mode of transportation is mandatory.
Beauty Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the beauty sector (Nordstrom, Sephora, HBC) is a prerequisite.
Proficiency in Communication: Demonstrated adeptness in communication is essential.
Proven Sales Acumen: A track record of effective sales prowess is imperative.
Partial Weekday Availability: A degree of availability on select weekdays is required.
Effective Training Proficiency: Capability in delivering impactful training sessions.
Self-Initiated Mindset and Goal-Driven Outlook: A proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Attainment of Individual Objectives: Achieve individual goals, including SPH (sales per hour)
Forging Positive Brand Encounters: Create positive brand experience in store and build lasting relationship with Sephora teams and brand partners
Geographic Mobility: Commuting to designated Sephora locations within the assigned region.
Execution of Insightful Brand Training: Carrying out instructive and enlightening brand training sessions.
Elevating the Customer Experience: Enhancing customer satisfaction, bolstering loyalty, and boosting sales.
Needs Identification and Tailored Product Sales: Proficiency in recognizing customer needs and recommending products that align best with those needs.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean and dust free working area, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
Synergistic Collaboration with Account Executive: Partnering with Account Executive to orchestrate in-store events.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, new product launches, and promotions
Post-Shift Reporting and Timesheet Submission: Furnishing a daily summary post each shift and submitting timesheets on a weekly basis.
