Remote Forward-Deployed Solution Strategist
Lyric
Lyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Solution Strategist within its Customer Success organization to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts. This Director-level, customer-facing role blends deep supply chain expertise, strong technical fluency, and exceptional relationship-building to navigate complex organizations.
As FDSS you’ll shape value realization, lead quarterly reviews with executive sponsors, and collaborate with Sales and Product to translate customer needs
