People Analytics Reporting Specialist
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
Turn workforce data into actionable insights as a People Analytics Reporting Specialist with WSIB across Ontario locations. Use Power BI, HRMS platforms, and advanced reporting.This temporary assignment lasts up to 12 months and focuses on people analytics solutions. You will support employee programs, leaders, and enterprise decision-making through reporting, dashboards, metrics, and recommendations. The work combines analytics, storytelling, stakeholder collaboration, and data governance across HRMS platforms and reporting tools.Key Responsibilities:
Assess HR information needs with divisions and stakeholdersDesign analytics, metrics, dashboards, reports, and scorecardsExtract and analyze data using PeopleSoft, Excel, Access, Oracle, and Power BIPresent workforce trends and implications to business leadersConvert manual reports into streamlined Power BI solutionsRequirements:
Three to five years of data analysis and reporting experienceThree to five years using HRMS such as PeopleSoft or OracleOne to three years of HR experienceOne to three years using Power BIStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsApply your reporting, dashboard, HRMS, and Power BI expertise to strengthen WSIB people decisions through trusted workforce insights.
