You will be the central hub for all things PartSource; products, invoices, and emails will pass through you!Key Responsibilities Answer calls and take down customer orders Manage invoices and paperwork related to orders Work with Drivers ensuring orders are accurate and are delivered in a timely manner Required Skills and Knowledge Organization skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to multi-task and prioritize Excellent interpersonal skills Positive work attitude Strong attention to detail Have a valid driver’s license and good driving record Knowledge of the automotive parts aftermarket industry Educational LevelHigh School educationExperience LevelEntryCompensationWe’re always looking for great talent!
