As a key member of ACV's Machine Learning inspection team, you will leverage your expertise to design and develop high-performance models that enhance inspection accuracy. You will be responsible for creating and managing data pipelines and containerized microservices, ensuring efficient model serving and performance. Your insights will directly impact the turnaround time and valuation accuracy of vehicle inspections. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-performance models for automated damage detection
- Architect microservices for low-latency model serving
- Collaborate with stakeholders for scalable ML solutions
- Own model lifecycle from design to optimization in production
- Build robust data pipelines with Kafka for real-time inference
- MS or PhD in a computationally intensive domain
- 3+ years in computer vision
- Proficient in PyTorch, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Python
- Experience with visual data annotation and model optimization
- Backend engineering experience in cloud environments
