Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is seeking an experienced instructor with over three years in management education. You will review AI-generated scenarios on leadership dynamics and provide critical feedback to enhance AI reasoning. Your extensive knowledge in organizational behavior and decision-making will directly impact cutting-edge AI systems utilized by leading research labs. Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated leadership scenarios for training
- Evaluate reasoning quality related to organization and teams
- Identify gaps or unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs
- Provide structured feedback for improving AI management
- Work independently on a flexible schedule
- 3+ years teaching management or leadership
- Strong understanding of management theory
- Skilled in evaluating decision-making quality
- Experience critiquing written scenarios and case studies
- Self-motivated with deadline management skills
