AP/AR Manager - 1-Year Contract POST NUMBER: 302361

About the Opportunity

• Lead a team of AP/AR administrators, developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive efficiencies
• Review coding, expenses, and team deliverables, resolve escalated items, and partner with stakeholders to maintain proper transaction flow
• Own weekly cash forecasting and monthly accruals, support internal and external audits, and maintain advanced reporting for ad-hoc and recurring analysis

About You

• 5 years of AP/AR experience with at least 2 years managing a team of direct reports, backed by post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced reconciliations, with working knowledge of multi-currency transactions and accrual accounting; SAP experience an asset
• A strong communicator and team player with solid time management and problem-solving skills, comfortable working independently while supporting the broader Corporate Accounting team

Pay Range

$40 - $45 per hour
