Enhance equipment reliability as the Regional Lead in Reliability & Maintenance at Saputo, driving performance at Canadian sites. Lead initiatives to optimize maintenance procedures and align practices with corporate standards. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Site Maintenance Managers and Engineers to oversee reliability engineering efforts. Your expertise in reliability methodologies like RCM and RCA will be essential to minimize unplanned downtime and improve asset management. You’ll also mentor site teams to cultivate best practices within maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reliability methodologies such as RCM, RCA, and FMEA
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance protocols
- Conduct performance reviews and analyze downtime
- Provide technical support during equipment failures
- Mentor maintenance teams on reliability practices
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Over 10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering
- Strong background in CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM
- Bilingual in English and French
- CMRP or similar certification preferred
