10+ years of Java development. 3+ years of Python development. BS or MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline. Proven experience delivering software applications. Comfort working with LLMs beyond standard developer tools like Copilot or Claude; experience making API calls to an LLM, understanding the agentic loop, and ideally creating and using agents. Experience with MCP. Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools technologies: Jenkins and GitLab Runner. Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team workplace. Team player willing to coach junior members and cooperate on cross‑functional problem solving. Experience working in an Agile development workplace. Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Eclipse RCP experience.
