As Ecology Director, you'll influence a wide range of projects and ensure effective delivery from planning through regulatory compliance. Collaborate with clients, regulators, and Indigenous partners to incorporate community needs and sustainability into all projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead ecological services and impact assessment strategies
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery
• Strengthen governance and project oversight
• Guide teams in environmental and compliance measures
• Cultivate strong client relationships and trust

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience
• Professional registration or eligibility in BC
• Proven skills in client development and relationship management
• Strong knowledge of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems
• Experience in safety and risk management
