Become a Supervisor of Billing Operations at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, overseeing corporate billing and accounts receivable. Your leadership will cover multiple aspects of billing management, including collection activities, revenue generation, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all hospital accounts receivable and billing functions
- Lead work allocation and daily operations for the team
- Perform weekly reviews and monitor billing metrics
- Respond to patient billing disputes with sensitivity
- Support month-end financial reconciliations
- Post-secondary degree in business/accounting
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory billing role
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Effective communicator for difficult billing matters
- Healthcare experience preferred
