RV Service Writer

SERVICE WRITER

Applicant must be dedicated to providing quality service while enriching the customer experience and creating a positive work environment by embracing teamwork. The successful candidate can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

: The Service writer is responsible for full process of customer drop offs, pick ups and inquiries. Candidates should be familiar with reporting and have strong organizational skills.

Duties: working with the service department to efficiently perform quality retail, warranty, and internal repair work. Communicating with factory representatives to assist the repair process. Maintain and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively. Work proactively with the dealership parts department to facilitate timely and cost effective service parts acquisition and maintain appropriate service parts inventory.

Requirements: Previous service writer experience is an asset but not required. Strong customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and positive team attitude are a must.

Job Type: Full-time permanent.

High school or equivalent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
