Job Responsibility:
Position:
We are a gift wholesaler located in Toronto and we're excited to find a new warehouse assistant to join our team! This job needs someone good at craft making and handy. In this role, you will customize our gift products with tourist town names (using name stickers and water transfer techniques), inspect and repair any flaws on the products, and keep your workstation clean. Occasional you will be asked for assistance to pick products and move product boxes.
Basic requirements:
- Commute to warehouse Monday to Friday( Eglinton Ave/ Black Creek)
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Basic English skills for everyday communication.
- Interest in craft-making.
- Able to lift and carry 25 lb box.
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment.
- Clean your workstation at the end of the day.
Training provided:
We'll provide you with all the necessary training you need to get started! You'll learn different ways to customize namedrop on different material products, use different craft materials, and techniques for repairing gifts, as well as learn the workflow within a warehouse environment.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 (including a 30-minute non-paid break), for a total of 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20 per hour
