Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical testing and release accurate patient results
• Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
• Conduct quality control procedures and resolve discrepancies
• Validate new reagent lots and support method implementation
• Manage specimen processing and result reporting via lab systems

Requirements:

• Registration through CAMLPR or certification with CSMLS
• Recent experience in laboratory discipline preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Windows-based systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
