Le Responsable de la Valeur Systèmes & Produits joue un rôle essentiel au sein de la chaîne de valeur Hydro, en pilotant les efforts d’amélioration de la compétitivité des coûts et de la productivité sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur. Ce poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec des experts fonctionnels et des spécialistes afin d’identifier, de tester et de déployer des initiatives de réduction des coûts, tout en comblant de manière systématique les écarts de productivité.
De l’idéation à l’exécution, le Responsable veille à ce que les opportunités d’économies soient transformées en résultats mesurables et déployées de manière cohérente à travers les phases Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) et Order-to-Remittance (OTR). Ce rôle exige une forte collaboration transverse, une exécution rigoureuse des projets, ainsi qu’une attention constante portée à la création de valeur durable en ligne avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.
As part of the Hydro Value Chain team, the Systems & Products Value Manager is a critical role focused on driving cost improvement and productivity across the value chain. This role partners with functional experts and specialists to pilot cost saving initiatives and close productivity gaps, from ideation to execution, ensuring savings objectives are deployed consistently through both Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) phases.
Responsabilités essentielles
- Piloter les initiatives de réduction des coûts sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur (de la conception à l’installation), depuis l’idéation des pistes d’économies jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre dans l’exécution.
- Analyser et développer une compréhension approfondie des systèmes et produits Hydro sous tous leurs aspects (conception, structure des commodités, fabrication et schémas industriels, installation sur site) afin d’identifier et de quantifier les opportunités d’amélioration de la productivité.
- Animer des ateliers d’idéation en mobilisant des experts fonctionnels et des spécialistes afin d’identifier les sources d’inefficacité des coûts et de générer des idées de réduction des coûts exécutables sur le coût total de possession.
- Élaborer les business cases des initiatives de réduction des coûts et prioriser les efforts avec chaque fonction en fonction du potentiel d’économies, des objectifs, des délais de développement et de l’allocation des ressources.
- Établir et piloter des feuilles de route et des plans d’action pour développer et déployer les initiatives de réduction des coûts dans les projets comme dans les offres.
- Mobiliser et collaborer avec les responsables fonctionnels et les champions de la productivité des coûts variables au sein de l’organisation de la chaîne de valeur afin d’assurer un avancement constant des opportunités d’économies identifiées jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre dans l’exécution.
- Capturer les impacts des économies sur les dépenses afin de démontrer la matérialisation des gains de productivité dans l’exécution, capitaliser sur les retours d’expérience et les enseignements tirés des équipes de la chaîne de valeur, et améliorer en continu le processus de productivité.
- Favoriser la collaboration transverse au sein de la chaîne de valeur en impliquant à la fois les responsables ITO et OTR, et en promouvant une approche unifiée de l’amélioration de la productivité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Tendering ITO lors des analyses approfondies des coûts afin d’optimiser les offres commerciales pour atteindre un niveau de coûts compétitif, et veiller à ce que les initiatives matures de réduction des coûts soient bien intégrées dans les offres ainsi que dans les processus et outils ITO.
- Recommander des actions d’amélioration sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur en s’appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur, les standards du marché et les benchmarks avec les autres activités de GE Vernova.
- Identifier les possibilités de collaboration avec les autres activités de GE Vernova afin d’améliorer la compétitivité des coûts (schémas industriels, volumes, standardisation, etc.).
- Soutenir le Variable Costs Program Manager dans le suivi et le reporting de l’avancement du pipeline d’économies et de ses impacts sur le résultat opérationnel.
- Suivre les dépassements de coûts en OTR afin d’identifier les sources récurrentes de non-qualité ayant un impact sur l’amélioration de la productivité
Qualifications Requises
- Licence / diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en administration des affaires, ingénierie, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, installation sur site ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de la productivité, programmes de réduction des coûts, gestion des should costs ou excellence opérationnelle dans les secteurs industriel, manufacturier ou des services publics / de l’énergie.
- Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets transverses et dans la conduite d’initiatives de réduction des coûts.
- Compétences avérées en analyse de données, avec la capacité d’interpréter des indicateurs financiers et opérationnels complexes.
Atouts / Caractéristiques Recherchés
- Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité d’influencer et de mobiliser des parties prenantes de différentes fonctions.
- Expérience des méthodologies Lean, Six Sigma ou d’autres approches d’amélioration continue.
- Capacité à planifier, exécuter et suivre des programmes de productivité jusqu’à leur aboutissement.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en leadership, avec un état d’esprit collaboratif.
- Maîtrise avancée des outils de suivi de la productivité et des coûts (ERP, Excel, Power BI, par exemple).
- Une double compétence technique et commerciale constitue un atout.
Essential Responsibilities
- Pilot cost savings initiative across the value chain (Design to Installation), from cost saving ideations to implementation in execution.
- Analyze and develop a deep understanding of Hydro systems and products in every aspects (designs, commodity structures, fabrications and industrial schemes, site installation) to identify and quantify areas for productivity improvement.
- Conduct ideation workshops by mobilizing Functional Experts and Specialists to identify sources of cost inefficiency and generate executable cost saving ideas on the total costs of ownership
- Develop cost saving initiatives business cases and prioritize efforts with each function based on savings potential, targets, development timelines and resources allocations
- Establish and pilot road maps and actions plans to develop and deploy cost saving initiatives in both projects and tenders
- Mobilize and partner with Functional Leaders and Variable Costs Productivity Champions in the value chain organization to ensure consistent progress on identified saving opportunities until their implementation in execution.
- Capture saving impacts on spending proving productivity materialization in execution, capture lessons learned and feedbacks from the value chain teams to continuously improve the productivity process.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across the value chain by engaging both ITO and OTR leaders, promoting a unified approach to productivity improvement.
- Collaborate with ITO Tendering Teams during costs deep dive to optimize deal offering to reach competitive costs level and ensure mature cost saving initiatives are captured in tenders and in ITO processes and tools.
- Recommend improvement actions across the value chain based on industry’s best practices, market standards and benchmarks with other GE Vernova businesses
- Identify collaboration possibilities with other GE Vernova businesses to improve costs competitiveness (industrial schemes, volumes, standardizations, …)
- Support the Variable Costs Program Manager to track and report cost savings funnel progress and impacts on the bottom line.
- Monitor Cost overruns in OTR to identify recurrent sources of non-quality impacting productivity improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, site installation or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in productivity management, cost reductions programs, should costs management or operational excellence within industrial, manufacturing, or utility sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional project management and driving cost-out initiatives.
- Proven data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational metrics.
