Join Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group as a CNC Engineering Technologist, focusing on process development, CNC machining, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead improvements in engineering processes within a dynamic environment. In this role, you will report to the Engineering Manager and harness your expertise in CNC machine applications over five or more years of relevant experience. You will coordinate efforts across various teams, including Customer, Business Development, and Quality, to drive innovative solutions and troubleshoot existing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineering development cycles and manufacturing processes
- Coordinate between teams to resolve product issues
- Design fixtures and CNC programs for quality production
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective measures
- Analyze process data for continuous improvement
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Extensive knowledge of CNC programming and tooling
- Proficient in SolidWorks and Lean Manufacturing methods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
