usd90k - usd130k per yearWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team and play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive bids for a variety of commercial roofing projects. This position is responsible for managing the estimating process from initial bid invitation through final submission, ensuring precision, completeness, and alignment with project requirements.
Bid & Estimating Process Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of estimates from receipt through proposal submission
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Perform detailed on-screen takeoffs using industry-standard software
- Develop accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
- Prepare clear, organized, and professional proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams and bid coordinator to ensure timely submissions
