Were looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in Regina. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of front line, Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.
How youll be spending your time Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives (tellers)Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets The way people describe you You are a natural leader who enjoys empowering others to be their best. You are comfortable providing balanced feedback to your team and continually seek opportunities to increase efficiency and share ideas for improvements. You enjoy collaboration, welcome diversity, and can work effectively with a range of personality types. In addition, you are credible and trustworthy.
