Director Global Subsidiary Financial Reporting

Lead global subsidiary financial reporting at CPP Investments, using IFRS expertise and strong internal controls in an onsite leadership role. Oversee accurate, timely information across group companies worldwide.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Subsidiary and Sustainability Reporting, you will lead group company financial reporting, legal entity management, subsidiary audits, and corporate accounting. The director will strengthen governance, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and operational risk management while supporting scalable investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop finance and accounting professionals
• Oversee financial statements, filings, and compliance reporting
• Manage external audits and complex accounting matters
• Strengthen governance, controls, and reporting processes
• Lead monthly general ledger close activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, business, or related discipline
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation
• Eight or more years of financial reporting experience
• Advanced corporate, financial, and regulatory reporting knowledge
• Strong IFRS, internal controls, Excel, and stakeholder management skills
