Front Desk Gym Supervisor (Cold Lake)

THE ROLE
Front Desk Gym Supervisor ensures clients are provided with information regarding the facility, services, programs and activities; assists with the advertising and promotion of local PSP programs and activities; assists with the updating of local PSP websites and social media; organizes the submission of program and activity information; supervises and trains employees; prepares employee work schedules and standard operating procedures; receives, controls and secures cash; prepares bank deposits and ensures reconciliation of cash; oversees processes such as registration; and several other related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- High school diploma AND some years of experience in a related field
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
- Experience in personnel administration
- Experience in cash handling
- Experience in general office administration
- Experience in program registration software
