Talent Management - Hotel Services (Hybrid 35h/week)

We are currently looking for a Talent Manager for our hospitality services.

Working full-time with flexible hours and combining remote work, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

MANAGEMENT:

Support the performance of the recruitment team:

• Analyze recruitment statistics, share conclusions with VP and Dir Ops

• Manage priorities

• Support through direct involvement in tasks

RECRUITMENT:

Recruit new staff; job postings, coordinate hiring events, manage staffing needs;

Establish recruitment strategies;

Complete recruitment and hiring processes;

Communicate with candidates;

Match operational needs with applications;

Manage hiring documents and placement decisions for new employees;

Conduct follow-ups after hires or departures;

Manage replacement requests and unforeseen additional workforce needs;

TALENT ATTRACTION:

• Visit schools, contact lists; job fairs, career expos

• Create connections with various social organizations, integration or employment support agencies, vocational training, etc.

• Use websites, social media pages, specialized platforms

• Monitor referral programs

TALENT RETENTION:

• Integration plan & initial training

• Employee recognition program; registry & application of programs at our clients, implementation of new GDI programs

• Management of permits, visas & security clearances

·       Have a strong interest in recruitment;

·       Aptitude for customer service;

·       Ability for verbal communication;

·       Capability to write professionally in French;

·       Proficient in English at a conversational level;

Proficient in computer systems, as well as the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Smartsheet, PowerPoint);

Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment

Experience in human resources in the hotel industry is an asset

Experience in supervising reception or/and housekeeping is an asset
