Engaging Soccer Development Officer Role

AGS Youth Soccer Club

Take charge in youth soccer coaching as a Soccer Development Officer in the GTA, creating fun and engaging experiences for children. Oversee sessions, mentor coaches, and ensure program excellence. As part of a large private youth sports organization, you will play a key role in shaping the soccer experience for young players aged 18 months to 13 years. We seek an enthusiastic individual who thrives in coaching and has experience supervising other staff. You'll ensure all programs are organized, impactful, and fun for participants. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct soccer sessions tailored to different age groups
Mentor and supervise seasonal coaching staff
Ensure smooth session setups and daily programming
Deliver training to enhance coaching skills
Act as the main communication link with management

Requirements:

Passion for engaging with children aged 2-12
Available for evening and weekend coaching
Proactive and reliable in problem-solving
Experience managing or mentoring coaches
Excellent communication for effective feedback
