Location: Edmonton, AB

Pay Rate: CAD $40-$55/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver training solutions for enterprise systems, business processes, and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development, and digital learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments, audience analysis, and competency assessments.

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.

• Create training manuals, user guides, job aids, instructional videos, and multimedia content.

• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to validate training requirements.

• Manage training schedules, deliverables, content reviews, and quality assurance.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics.

• Use digital adoption platforms and approved AI tools to improve learning solutions.

• Maintain accurate and accessible training materials as systems and processes evolve.

• Senior candidates will lead training initiatives, establish standards, and mentor junior trainers.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or diploma with 4+ years of experience; equivalent combinations may be considered.

• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.

• Experience creating e-learning modules, training videos, and performance support materials.

• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or equivalent tools.

• Familiarity with WalkMe or other digital adoption platforms.

• Experience with LMS platforms, AI-enabled tools, and multimedia learning solutions.

• Senior-level experience leading training programs and mentoring junior trainers.
