Medical Device Market Development Specialist

Lead medical device market development for ZEISS Medical Technology in Toronto, using strategic planning and commercialization expertise across Canada.As Market Development Specialist II, you will translate global strategies into local initiatives supporting growth, customer engagement, product adoption, and revenue performance. The role partners with Sales Leadership, Global Marketing, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual market development plans aligned with growth targetsLead product launches and commercialization initiativesAnalyze markets, customers, competitors, and sales performanceBuild relationships with physicians, clinical experts, and key opinion leadersGuide cross-functional marketing projects and strategic initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related disciplineSeven to ten years of progressive commercial experienceThree years in medical devices or related healthcareExperience leading product launches and strategic marketing plansStrong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsApply strategic market insight, commercialization leadership, and healthcare expertise to advance ZEISS Medical Technology across Canada.
