Senior Human Resources Generalist Canada

Become an integral part of Intrado's mission as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, and workforce support across Canada, with an emphasis on Québec. Intrado is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to be the main HR resource for our Canadian workforce. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Canadian employment practices and Québec-specific regulations, working closely with HR leadership and managers. You will support employee engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Advise employees and managers on workplace issues • Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns • Coach managers on performance and attendance matters • Support employee engagement efforts across Canada • Maintain HR policies aligned with legislative requirements Requirements: • 5+ years in Human Resources roles • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation • Experience in employee relations and investigations • Bilingual in French and English • Ability to work in office 3x a week This role leverages HR expertise to enhance employee experiences and compliance within Intrado's dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
