Lead automotive quality assurance at Johnson Electric’s onsite Mississauga plant, using customer relations and structured problem-solving to improve manufacturing quality.As Quality Assurance Manager, you will direct plant-level quality activities and quality personnel. Apply IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and capability studies. Improve products, processes, customer outcomes, and internal quality requirements through disciplined systems and data.Key Responsibilities:
Establish quality objectives, metrics, and improvement plansLead customer complaints, containment, investigations, and corrective actionsDrive defect, scrap, rework, warranty, and concern reductionLead IATF 16949 and customer auditsCoach Quality Engineers, Technicians, and InspectorsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical disciplineMinimum eight years’ progressive manufacturing quality experienceThree to five years’ leadership or supervisory experienceStrong IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements knowledgeProficiency with Minitab and structured problem-solving toolsApply automotive quality leadership, customer communication, and corrective-action expertise to advance Johnson Electric manufacturing performance.
