Senior Infrastructure Capture Manager

Coach executive presentations and coordinate must-win pursuits for TYLin, combining proposal oversight, stakeholder facilitation, and infrastructure delivery expertise. Support competitive public-sector procurements.As Major Pursuits Capture Strategist, you will guide pursuit execution across capture planning, proposal development, and interview preparation. You will work with CAM, technical, commercial, legal, finance, risk, and marketing teams. Your responsibilities include client engagement, presentation strategy, rehearsals, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare interview teams through coaching, rehearsals, and question strategyAdapt winning stories for presentations with graphic design partnersCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders at key pursuit milestonesAlign client engagement tactics with account plansLead post-pursuit debriefs and implement improvement strategiesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or related field10+ years in capture, proposals, business development, or professional servicesExecutive-level communication and facilitation capabilitiesAdvanced project management and strong deadline managementExperience with public-sector procurement and complex pursuitsUse presentation coaching, stakeholder coordination, and capture leadership to strengthen TYLin’s infrastructure pursuit performance.
