The SMB Business Intelligence team is seeking a Manager-Data & AI Transformations who will drive profitable growth within a key growth segment for TELUS: Small & Medium business (SMB). This role requires a passion for developing data strategies, executing quick‑paced projects, and leading a high‑performing data engineering and insights team. What you’ll do

The Manager, Data & AI Transformations leads a team of developers and analysts to achieve the Agentic AI transformation and automation. The role collaborates with Business Stakeholders to formulate and execute a strategy for automating the Business Customer Profile process, utilizing Customer 360, AI, and relevant tools. Your team directly contributes to achieving marketing and sales targets and positively impacts the company’s P&L. You own and deliver on core customer strategic initiatives to enable the Agentic AI roadmap, drive a high‑performing and engaged team through recognition, performance development, and coaching, lead and collaborate internally with Planning, Marketing, Sales to ensure tools, data and assets are developed in line with the overall mission, provide guidance to varied skillsets in the team ranging from developers to analysts, build relationships with partners such as CIO to enable data, tools and processes to support the roadmap, communicate effectively with the leadership team, and manage risks, opportunities and resourcing required to execute on the roadmap. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field. 6+ years in data, leading teams and cross‑functional programs/projects. Strong knowledge in Business Intelligence, data & AI. Advanced knowledge on GCP, data engineering and automation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Great‑to‑have: B2B Telecom industry experience. Base Salary range: CAD 109,000 to 155,000
