Nanny Wanted - Warm & Flexible Nanny / Household Manager Needed For Nanny Share In Windermere! (Part Time To Full Time)

We are two sisters living just 10 minutes apart in the Windermere area, looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive nanny/household manager to support our growing families. We are both currently on maternity leave, but we want to get a jump-start on household management now and build a wonderful relationship with someone before one of us returns to work full-time in January. Family Overview & Children

• My Family: 7-month-old baby & 6-year-old child (Note: 6-year-old attends school starting September).
• Sister's Family: 10.5-month-old baby & 3-year-old toddler (Note: 3-year-old attends a day home full time; 10.5-month-old starts part-time day home October 15th and transitions to full time in January).

Schedule & Hours We are very flexible with exact days and hours for the right person! - Phase 1: September – December 2026 (~25 Hours per Week)

• My Home: ~2.5 days per week.
• My Home: ~5 hours per week (to help out while she runs errands, works out, etc).

- Phase 2: Starting January 2027 (~3... Hours per Week / Flexible)

• My Home: ~2.5 days per week (~20 hours).
• Sister's Home: ~12 hours per week split across 2 afternoon shifts (11:30 AM – 5:30 PM) as she returns to work full-time.
• **Open to expanding hours across both households to create a consistent full-time schedule for the ideal candidate.

Primary Responsibilities*** Household Support: Family meal preparation, light housekeeping (focusing on keeping kitchens clean and tidy), and folding/sorting laundry. Childcare Support: Occasional, engaging care for the babies/toddlers while we run errands, attend appointments, or focus on work projects. Starting in January: Assistance with picking up kids from day home twice a week for sister's family. What We’re Looking For:

• Warm, energetic, and trustworthy individual with experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (for day home pickups starting in January).
• Clean background check / police check and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain/renew).
• Strong organizational skills to manage light household tasks independently.
