Job Responsibility:
We are a new Chinese hotpot restaurant located in West Edmonton Mall, Our mission is to provide an authentic and delightful dining experience with exceptional service. We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Upsell menu items and offer recommendations to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus.
