This dual-role position combines the leadership responsibilities of a Security Supervisor with the operational responsibilities of a Security Officer, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, assets, and property while maintaining compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and applicable legislation.The Shift Lead Security acts as the primary point of contact for security-related incidents during their shift, providing guidance and direction to security team members while responding to emergencies, disturbances, and customer service situations.**RESPONSIBILITIES:**Duties as a Security Supervisor:**Duties as a Security Officer:**Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned.* Minimum of a post-secondary diploma in Law and Security or a related field* Valid First Aid and CPR certification, along with Non-Violent Intervention certification* Possession of a valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record preferred* Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, Provincial, and Gaming Commission.* Must be Nineteen (19) years of age.* Must be able to work on holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:****WORKING CONDITIONS:**Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times when you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area.
