Senior Mineral Processing Specialist Mississauga

Hatch is looking for a Senior Mineral Processing Engineer to enhance efficiencies in processing operations. This role combines extensive design knowledge with hands-on experience in flotation, leaching, and thickening. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering on diverse mineral processing projects
• Step in as Lead Process Engineer when required
• Engage with clients to determine project specifications
• Conduct capacity analysis and model processing equipment
• Facilitate new system commissioning at project sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mineral Processing, Mining, or Chemical Engineering
• Extensive experience in minerals processing design and operations
• Proven leadership and client engagement skills
• Expertise in managing metallurgical testing programs
