Our client, a professional and congenial law firm conveniently located close to the TTC/Subway at Yonge & Eglinton is hiring. They are looking for a Family Legal Assistant to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments, hearings and conferences
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Collecting documents and information from clients
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform various administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a family law practice is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be highly organized and work as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft office, Adobe, Outlook
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
