Credit Analysis Graduate Program Analyst

S&P Global, Inc.

Analyze credit risk and financial data with S&P Global Ratings through its two-year CREDit Graduate Program, combining training and practical work.

This graduate analyst program develops skills in credit and recovery analysis, research, reporting, and presentations. Analysts begin in a specific practice, then transition between practices as business demands require. The program includes classroom training, small projects, short-term secondments, and completion of a relevant qualification such as the CFA.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct credit and recovery analysis for diverse client services
Evaluate organizational creditworthiness and financial obligation capacity
Prepare quarterly financial statistics and data analysis
Support reporting, research, and presentation development
Improve execution and complete ad hoc writing projects

Requirements:

Complete an undergraduate degree by August 2027
Maintain a strong academic record in any major
Demonstrate Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Conduct independent analysis and research effectively
Show curiosity, adaptability, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Develop credit analysis, data interpretation, and research capabilities while progressing through S&P Global Ratings’ CREDit Graduate Program.
