Real Estate Accountant

Mission I am looking for a CPA accountant for a growing real estate company in Laval:
Reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing the full accounting cycle for a real estate asset portfolio
- Participating in monthly and annual financial closings
- Preparing financial statements and various management reports
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct variance analyses and present recommendations to management
- Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable
- Participate in annual reconciliations and various billing processes
- Collaborate on external audits and internal controls
- Participate in the integration of new properties and the improvement of financial processes
- Other related tasks
What We're Looking For:
-CPA designation
-3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
-Experience in the real estate industry
-Excellent proficiency in Excel
