Optometrist Part Time

Job Description

Optiks International in Langley is recruiting an Optometrist to join our team 2-3 days per week, including Saturday. Our clinic has been serving the community for over 12 years and now seeks a new OD to support growth and offer comprehensive eye care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye examinations and patient care.
• Assist with pre‑testing, dispensing, and patient flow.
• Use OCT/Retinal imaging and other diagnostic technologies.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team for scheduling, recalls, billing, and EMR integration.

Qualifications

• Registered Optometrist (OD) with a valid license.
• Experience working in a retail optical practice is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and patient‑centered approach.
• Willingness to work 2–3 days per week, with potential to increase to 5–6 days.
