Remote Talent Acquisition Partner Associate

Join Company 3 as a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner Associate, supporting the recruitment of diverse roles from artistic to operational. Help reach hiring goals through full cycle recruitment. This position in Vancouver, BC, plays a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition team, with responsibilities spanning intake to interview and offer stages. The Associate will collaborate with internal clients to ensure effective sourcing and screening of candidates and act as a liaison among cross-functional departments throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruitment from intake to offer
- Conduct phone and email candidate screenings
- Provide market insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with TA Coordinators on postings
- Facilitate communication among departments
- Prior recruitment experience in a corporate setting
- Intermediate Excel and ATS knowledge
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Calm demeanor during recruitment challenges
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing
