This role is central to maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead a dedicated Paralegal team
• Review legal documents for compliance and quality
• Manage workload and legal priorities
• Streamline workflows for operational efficiency
• Handle escalated legal matters with expertise
Requirements:
• Licensed P1 Paralegal in Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant legislation
• Experience in team leadership and mentorship
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
