Lead for Therapeutic Living Unit at Beccarian

Drive rehabilitation efforts as the Therapeutic Living Unit (TLU) Lead at Beccarian Correctional Care in Lethbridge, Alberta. Emphasizing a community-based therapeutic approach, you will manage TLU functions. As TLU Lead, your role involves promoting effective communication and ensuring the operational integrity of the Therapeutic Community model. You will guide staff, assess members’ needs, and foster a positive culture. Strong leadership in crisis prevention and conflict resolution will be vital for achieving therapeutic outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and manage TLU operations
• Provide conflict resolution and address community concerns
• Evaluate members’ strengths and readiness for recovery
• Maintain the therapeutic environment and daily activities
• Ensure monitoring and reporting of KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 2 years of management or leadership experience
• Asset: experience in provincial or federal correctional settings
• Certification in recovery coaching preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
