Become an Area Operations Manager at Wolseley Canada and empower branch teams while overseeing day-to-day operations in a dynamic workspace. You’ll bring impactful leadership to the wholesale sector. In this role, you'll provide critical support to branch leaders and help cultivate a high performance environment. Your expertise in operational management will enhance customer service delivery and compliance with established policies. Reporting to the Director of National Operations, you’ll play a key role in the growth and success of Wolseley’s plumbing and HVAC/R operations across Canada. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support Branch Managers towards operational goals
- Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures
- Train teams on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage stock availability and inventory processes
- Monitor operational reports and recommend improvements
- 5-8 years in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Data analysis proficiency, especially in Excel
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
