Become an Area Operations Manager at Wolseley Canada and empower branch teams while overseeing day-to-day operations in a dynamic workspace. You’ll bring impactful leadership to the wholesale sector. In this role, you'll provide critical support to branch leaders and help cultivate a high performance environment. Your expertise in operational management will enhance customer service delivery and compliance with established policies. Reporting to the Director of National Operations, you’ll play a key role in the growth and success of Wolseley’s plumbing and HVAC/R operations across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support Branch Managers towards operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures
  • Train teams on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage stock availability and inventory processes
  • Monitor operational reports and recommend improvements
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years in a similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership and effective communication skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Data analysis proficiency, especially in Excel
  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
